SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • We ship to all 50 US States, Canada, and Puerto Rico

  • Our Express Shipping is typically made via USPS and deliveries usually occur within 2-4 business days after purchase is processed, depending on your location.

    All orders are shipped from our warehouses located in Dallas,TX

    Every parcel is dispatched with a tracking number so you can always know its whereabouts - you can check the status of your order through the tracking code sent via email.

    Our handling time takes 2-7 business days. This means that your order will generally be sent out within this period.

     

    Please ensure all submitted data is correct upon placing your order - we are not responsible for wrong/incomplete data such as name, shipping or billing addresses, zip code, phone number, among other missing information that may result in a failed delivery.

     

    CANADA- Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, such occurrences are beyond our control and may delay the estimated delivery time.

    Prices on the site do not include international customs taxes and duties. All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate how much duties you may have to pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

    Once delivered by the courier, Leis The Label will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.

  • Returns will not be processed unless they go through our Returns Manager portal. If you are having issues with the portal, please reach out to us at info@leisswimcollection.com

    We only accept returns and exchanges on domestic orders within the United States.

    We accept returns and exchanges on all full price items within 14 days of delivery receipt.

    International orders are final sale only and may not be returned or exchanged. Leis The Label is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

    The merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in. 

    Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.

    Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all Leis The Label and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. This includes stains from spray tans or make-up.

    Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail when your return or exchange is complete.

    No price adjustments for prior purchases.

    All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you.
